For a short time some years ago Jim Shirley Productions offers some very interresting ships in the scale 1/700. One of the best of this offers are the kit of the modernizied Essex-carrier CV34 USS Oriskany.
I have build her as she appears in the Vietnam area ( late 60/early 70 ).
The planes are not the metal planes which are included in the kit, they comes from Fujimi. PE 's are mostly from GMM.

In the front of the Oriskany is another JSP kit, a modernizied destroyer of the Gearing class.
